Serve & Succeed Charitable Foundation Grant Application

Since 2008, Serve and Succeed (formerly known as the Red River Charitable Foundation) has been fiercely committed to supporting various nonprofit organizations and individuals. Through our donation and scholarship programs, we have given over $2 million dollars to support veterans and students. To have an even greater impact on our communities, we have created this program where 501 nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire and Vermont can apply for grants for up to $2,000 to support a specific existing project or program.

Application Guidelines:

Organizations must possess nonprofit tax-exempt status under IRS code 501(c)(3) and must provide a list of current board members, their 501 nonprofit certificate and latest IRS Form 990.

Organizations not supported include those with direct political or religious focus, private schools, or healthcare institutions.

Organizations can apply for funds only once per year.

If your grant request is approved, you are required to complete a form detailing the impact the funds have had on the project or program along with photos if applicable. This form will be due approximately 6 months after receiving the funding. S&SCF will provide you with the form and a reminder to complete it.
